Raw foods are rich in biophotons which are light rays of energy plants have absorbed from the sun. Also, biophotons are generated in a person’s DNA. Healthy energy producing mitochondria aid in preventing early aging and degenerative diseases. The body is amazing in that it absorbs biophoton light from the sun through the melanin (brown pigments) of skin and the eyes, just like plants absorb light for energy. Light is the electro-magnetic energy surrounding the body, called the biofield.

Function of Biophotons
Similarly to how information is transmitted by light energy through modern fiber optics, DNA uses the frequency vibrations of biophotons to communicate information at the speed of light. These instructions tell our cells how to function, at the rate of 120,000 bits of information per second.

What Increases Biophotons?
Moderate exposure to natural sunlight on the skin is by far the best means of increasing biophoton levels in the body. Melanin in skin, and other locations, absorbs light from the entire electromagnetic spectrum and then light chemically reacts to water (click here for further explanation), creating energy. Consuming a diet rich in raw plant based foods is essential in maintaining healthy biophoton levels, since biophotons are destroyed by heat, as are enzymes. Fresh raw vegetable juice is beaming with biophotons, ready to light up trillions of cells, contributing to vibrancy and well-being. A person’s biofield ideally radiates infrared at approximately 100 watts of energy, accounting for the body’s warmth. When the thyroid insufficiently balances the metabolism, this intensity increases or decreases. When a person’s biofield is in peak condition, it radiates outwardly for a distance of three to five feet surrounding the body. When a person eats a predominantly cooked food diet, providing inadequate mineral sources, and is under emotional stress, the biofield shrinks to radiating only inches from the body. As a person dies, the biofield diminishes and only exists a short time following the last breath.

Truthfulness and Biophoton Emissions
Thinking and speaking honestly allows biophotons freedom to flow throughout the entire body (John 8:32). According to polygraph technology, untruthful thoughts and statements stress bodily functions. Polygraph technology observes and measures physiological changes using skin conductance, blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration. There is a marked relationship (in an average person) between the results of being truthful compared to being deceptive. Untruthfulness has been demonstrated to deplete biophoton emissions to a great degree. Thus, the saying to come out of the evil which is darkness (Matt. 6:23)
What Decreases the Biofield?
Traumatic stress decreases biophotons and weakens the biofield. Ephesians 6:16 says that our belief is the shield in our biofield. “Above all, having taken up the shield of belief with which you shall have power to quench all the burning arrows of the wicked one.” Some of these evils are outlined in Mark 7:21-22 “…evil reasonings, adulteries, whorings, murders, thefts, greedy desires, wickednesses, deceit, indecency, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.” John 3:20-21, “For everyone who is practising evil matters hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But the one doing the truth comes to the light, so that his works are clearly seen, that they have been wrought in Elohim.”
Exposure to strong disharmonic electromagnetic frequencies, especially EMF noise pollution, weakens the natural energy surrounding the body. The natural electromagnetic pulse of the earth is 7.8Hz, while household electricity is around 60Hz, also weakening the biofield through long-term exposure.
